Sotavento Beach Club Experience

Sotavento Beach Club has 2 outdoor heated swimming pools, 3 tennis courts, a SPA and gym area, and large green garden areas where you can enjoy long walks.

The complex also has two bars. On the one hand, the Teide bar is one of the favorite corners of Sotavento Beach Club customers; Located in the pool entertaining area, El Teide is the ideal place to drink a beer, have fun with your friends enjoying some of the available board games, eat something, or just rest on the terrace for a while after a long sunny day.

On the other hand, the Taburiente bar is located by the pool without entertainment program. If you want to have a snack and chill out, El Taburiente is definitely your place.In our magnificent restaurant / buffet you will recover energy in the morning with our already famous and varied breakfast, and recharge your batteries at dinner time enjoying a careful selection of international dishes and desserts. After dinner, you can't miss the entertainment shows and musicals that take place in our recently opened theater.

Right in the heart of Sotavento Beach Club is our playground. Undoubtedly the favorite place for our children. Slides, swings, and seesaws are just some of the “odds and ends” where the little ones will give free rein to their fantasy.

Finally, our store is open 7 days a week. There you can buy absolutely everything you need for a sun and beach vacation. Press, tobacco, groceries, magazines, souvenirs, etc.

On stage

This alone makes it worthwhile to come to Leeward Beach Club. We assure you that you will enjoy the shows, musicals and performances prepared by our animation team. All of them in our recently inaugurated theatre where the acoustics and lights do not leave anyone indifferent.

Reception desk

It is the first place you will see on your arrival at Sotavento Beach Club. Our multilingual team of receptionists will be happy to assist you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Here you can book your favorite activities, rent a car, check your email, or simply sit in one of our comfortable armchairs.

Infocenter

The infocenter is our particular meeting point. Our team will be in charge of offering all the necessary means so that you can practice all the activities that we have available. They will inform you about the schedules, attend to your requests, provide you with golf clubs, tennis rackets, and in general everything you need so that you can move around Sotavento Beach Club as a fish in the water.

Restaurant

In our buffet service restaurant, you can enjoy delicious and varied breakfasts. At dinner, our chef will surely be able to surprise with a variety of international dishes with style, love, and dedication. A recommendation: Do not miss the Majorero cheese !! In addition, customers who have chosen "All-inclusive" can also enjoy our restaurant at lunchtime.

Bar Teide

The newly opened Bar Teide will excite you. From 10:00 in the morning and until night, Jacinto and his team will be happy to help you with your choices. A finger-licking menu, a great variety of drinks, and of course, delicious cocktails. Our recommendation: Drink a Daiquiri in the Teide lounge-bar area after the Night Show.

Bar Taburiente

The four magic words that we will have to learn in Spanish are "Una cerveza por favor". El Taburiente is our Pool-Bar located by the pool without entertainment program. We open it during the tourism season from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and here you can enjoy drinks and snacks in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

The Acuarios Jandia diving center was opened in 1988 in the Sotavento Beach Club on the Costa Calma and has been run by Olivia Buschmann and Bernd Lehmann since January 2000. The basis has been VDST / MTA basis for many years, training also takes place according to PADI and SSI guidelines (PADI + SSI Dive Resort).
